The main food items that can help treat acne include fresh vegetables
especially green vegetables, fresh fruits or fruit juices. Fruits that are rich
in vitamin c can improve acne tremendously like orange or orange juice.
Lemonade also have the same effect as it is also rich in vitamin c which is
