Breakfast

One glass of orange juice or lemonade when you are going ready to go to your office

Lunch

You can have any sort of salad in your lunch. Fresh fruit salads are usually best for acne but try to avoid cream in salad. You can also have some sandwiches in your lunch. Always have some fresh fruits after your lunch.

Dinner

Dinner can be anything that you like but try to avoid mucus foods, baked foods. You can have chicken or beef but avoid any sort of sea foods.
