Repairing Damaged Hair

Everyday we are damaging our hair, which at one point in time used to be perfect (or at least used to look perfect). Whether it is damaged by the sun, hair coloring, and even washing it too much there are many different ways that we can help to heal it and give it back its shine and beauty.

1. Coat hair with mayo, cover it with shower cap, and sleep on it. In the morning wash it thoroughly.


2. Stir together honey and eggs. Coat hair and leave for 10 minutes and then wash.


3. Mix together 100mm simmondsia chinesis oil, 300mm coconut oil, 20mm rosemary oil, and few drop of vitamin E. Put mixture in refrigerator and chill for 1 hour. Coat hair and massage thoroughly. Rinse hair with warm water or herbal tea.


4. Mix together honey, egg yolk, olive oil, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Coat hair and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse out with cold water.
